Notice - 1: Care Giver Referral Dollars
Effective today all nursing staff will receive a $100 referral fee if they refer their facilities patients to VisionQwest Healthcare Services and they become a patient of the firm. You have patients at your facilities that are released and go home, some of those individuals need caregivers in their homes. Please refer them to our firm, we will assign them to a Case Manager and once they are set up as a patient you will receive a $100 referral fee.

Notice - 2: Transportation Service
The management of VisionQwest Healthcare Services would like to inform you that transportation service is available to our registry nurses effective June 16, 2006. The service is to accommodate our registry nurses to travel from home to work, work to medical appointment (made by the registry nurse or for the patient), emergency situation that needs immediate transport, and from work to home.

For commuters who are paying on a daily basis, please be advised to have small bills for change. Notice - 4: Employment Status & Outside Employment
If you are an international Nurse, LVN or other healthcare worker (one who is here on a special visa and is being petitioned by our client) you are not allowed to take on outside work assignments with other facilities that is not a member of our client overall facilities. By being petitioned for legal work status with our client you are under very specific work guidelines. If you work for another company you are putting our client in legal jeopardy, as well as VisionQwest. This will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the company and your petition will be revoked leaving you unable to work legally in this country or in the Nursing or Healthcare industry. If you want added work you must contact us and we will find you another client facility that is covered in your petition to increase your work hours.
