The core of our home care - care giving services focuses on assistance with daily living. We work hourly, daily, weekly or whatever combination suits your needs. We offer 24 hours a day, monitoring services for those families who need the reassurance that their loved ones are safe and comfortable.
Our Staffing Coordinators will assist families to determine a comprehensive plan that will meet the needs and preferences of their loved one. Additionally, VisionQwest staff is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week to provide assistance.
Through our years of experience in the healthcare industry in California we know what it takes to provide excellent hands-on patient care. From providing daily living services to after surgery care, VisionQwest is there to help you.

VisionQwest Healthcare specializes in 24 hour a day, 7 day a week care for individuals in their homes or other facilities.
Our Home Cargivers provide the following services:
HOME CAREGIVING AND PATIENT SECURITY
Background Check Policy - This policy applies to all employees of VisionQwest. It is important that the Company's business missions are supported by qualified employees, with a safe and secure environment for all VisionQwest client facilities, home care clients, including patients, visitors and employees. It is also important that VisionQwest take meaningful actions to protect its core business and clients of the company. This policy is intended to support the verification of credentials, criminal history, credit status, and other information related to employment decisions that assist the company in meeting its commitments.
It is the policy of VisionQwest that all new Staff and specified new employees have certain credentials and criminal and other background information verified as a condition of employment. It is the policy of VisionQwest that specified current healthcare and staff employees with medical and fiscal management have their criminal and other background information verified as a condition of continued employment.

- Qualified and experienced
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Have current CPR certification
- Completion of skilled check lists
- Have passed a complete criminal background check / OIG / EPLS
- Check of excluded parties list

Our Home Cargivers provide the following services:
- Personal case manager to monitor patient status
- Nutritous meal preparation / feeding
- Assistance with shopping and errands
- Transportation to doctor appointments
- Light housekeeping / Laundry and linen care
- Bathing / Showering
- Dressing
- Toileting / incontinent care
- Range of motion exercises
- Medication reminders
- Family communication
- Alzheimer's and dementia experience
- Hourly and 24 hour assistance
- Most other tasks any family member could do
