Mr. Cabuhat brings to the company a solid background in healthcare financial management, financial accounting standars and a very strong experience in individual and business taxation.  Michael heads up the accounting and finance division of the company, as well as participating in the healthcare division.  He is responsible for business development with new and ongoing clients throughout the United States and in global locations.  A major part of his role is to develop new resources of financial reporting for our clients and manage their day to day reporting issues in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the Financial Accounting Standards Board.  Mr. Cabuhat earned a B.S. in Accountancy from San Beda College in the Philippines.  He also holds a Philippine CPA license, is licensed to prepare taxes in the State of California, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  He also is a member of the American Academy of Financial Management, National Society of Accountants, National Association of Tax Professionals, (NSTP) California Tax Education Council (CTEC).
