Compensation Structure
At VisionQwest you will reap the benefits of your hard work.

When you join VisionQwest Resource Group, Inc. you join an organization that rewards hard work and results.

It is our goal at VisionQwest Resource Group, Inc. to provide you with all the tools necessary to make you a success. We have expended a great deal of time, money, research, and testing to develop a business model that gives you all the tools needed for success. In order to achieve this we have created certain criteria for business placed. The following outline will help you understand how our system works.

Compensation Philippines: Your salary is based on a forty (40) hour work week, or 160 hours per month. The salary range is as follows:

 First 90 day 8,000 - 12,000 PP per month - depending on experience (This is a probationary period. If you do not meet expectatins you will be let go. If you exceed expectations you will be invited to continue your employment with VisionQwest.

 90 days (plus) a raise will be given based on the employee meeting or exceeding the expectations of the company. Each employee are reviewed and the President or Vice President will make the judgment of how much will be granted based on positive results of the employee.

 Raises are considered once per year at anniversary date of your hire date with the company. Raises will be given at anniversary date depending on the financial results of the company and the department and the meeting of expectations of the department.

Compensation USA: Your salary is based on a forty (40) hour work week, or 160 hours per month. The salary range is based upon US industry standards and contracted with our clients firms.

All raises are approved by the President or Executive Vice President of the company.

Commission Structure: Some of our clients will pay commissions. Depending on what marketing project you work on it is up to the client firm to set a commission structure. No all projects will provide a commission structure.

The Employee Handbook

There are four major sections in the handbook.

The INTRODUCTION includes a welcome letter from Michael L. Lodge, our company’s policy on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and important information on our Non-Harassment Policy including how to report harassment, and management’s prompt investigative procedures to handle any harassment complaint.

Section II details our company’s PAY AND BENEFITS information including wage and salary reviews, plus details on working conditions, vacations, sick leave, and leaves of absence.

Section III covers the COMPANY'S EXPECTATIONS of you, a valued employee of VisionQwest. It details our company’s high standards concerning staff performance and conduct and clearly outlines the company’s expectations regarding your personal conduct while on the job. It’s very important that each staff member read and completely understand this section.

In CONCLUSION, Section IV outlines the procedures that have been put in place for resolving any staff differences and misunderstandings that may occur. This is followed by a brief closing statement and an acknowledgment that you have received the new handbook.

After reviewing the handbook, please affix your signature and the date on the acknowledgment statement and return it to the HR Department within two business days. If you have questions regarding any policy or procedure contained in the Employee Handbook, please direct them to Michael L. Lodge or Joseph C. Cabuhat immediately.

Timesheet
Download this form and use it to record your daily attendance. Accurate time in and time out are required for the computation of the employee's salary. All time sheets are to be signed for approval by the immediate supervisor. Once signed, the employee may then fax the accomplished time sheet to +310.861.5558/+310.861.5459 (USA) or +632.816.4554 (PHILIPPINES).

Incident Report
This report is intended for healthcare professionals to be used to notify VisionQwest Management in case of an unfortunate event or other incident that need proper documentation. See memorandum effective November 22, 2005 for reference.
