We also conduct Job Fairs and personal interviews to properly screen successful applicants. Bridging the gap in the supply of personnel available in the US is only the first phase of the recruitment process. Our company adheres to five basic procedures, as part of our commitment to achieve excellence and reliability in our services.

  1. To understand your business
    Our responsibility is to learn more about your needs and requirements, your corporate culture and organizational structure. Our efficient representatives are available anytime to discuss the specifications of the position.
  2. Searching for Qualified Candidates
    Using our comprehensive database of applicants, we will carefully select the right candidates based on their qualifications, experience and character suitable for the position required. Initially, we make sure that all our applicants undergo thorough screening and personal interviews in order to provide you quality assurance.
  3. Assessment and Character Reference Verification
    A raw selection of candidates will be presented to you along with their curriculum vitae and our assessment of their abilities. As part of the final assessment, we will also facilitate full reference verification and background checks of your preferred candidates. Interviews may be scheduled once your choices have been determined.
  4. Final Selection and Negotiation
    This is a very crucial stage as we make our conclusion. We will be providing you the information you need once you have chosen the most eligible candidate suitable for the position. To facilitate the process, we can help you negotiate the employment contract and all intricacies necessary in hiring your new employee. Unsuccessful candidates will be notified of the outcome.
  5. Follow-up and Support System
    Communication is a fundamental aspect of our business and it is imperative that we maintain contact with our clientele. Our role as mediators does not end when the placement has been made. Our staff serves as your support group if working arrangements between you and your new employee may not have been successful. For the first three months, your new employee will be undergoing a probationary period. Every month, we will be doing random phone calls to your company concerning his/her performance. If for any reason, he/she did not meet your expectation level and eventually leaves the company within the first three months, we will help you find a replacement at no additional cost.
