Mr. Taguibao comes to the company with the professional designations and corporate management / internal and external audit background to compliment the accounting activities of the company.  Mr. Taguibao heads accounting section of the division known as VisionQwest Accountancy Group and works with all corporate clients of the firm in preparing their financial statments through corporate taxation.  With his broad knowledge of GAAP and FASB, his experience in large corporations with international divisions, his strength of understanding accounting and finance, enhances the accounting serves that we provide our clients on a global basis.  Mr. Taguibao also holds a CPA Certification from the country of the Philippines, he is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

He has also served industries of international shipping, co-generation power development and operations, construction, mortgage and real estate, sports and entertainment.  Also, he provides clients with fraud examinations and review of accounting fraud issues.  He also serves as President & CEO, Chairman of VisionQwest Resource Group, Inc., VisionQwest Healthcare Group and VisionQwest Global Group.  With a solid background in business services and internationa tax issues, Mr. Lodge provides small to large companies with the ability to get projects done that no one else wants to take on.  He has built a reputation on taking on projects that other firms will turn down.

Mr. Saus serves the firm as a Staff Accountant working with client accounting and financial reporting needs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University.  He will also serve as part of the audit team with experience in ACL General Audit software.  He is currently working on his California CPA certification.  He is also certified for VITA/TCE, and he holds memberships in the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and the American Institutue of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA.
